Dear Friends, Patients and Clients,

The Health Care Providers and our staff at Clinical Associates remain concerned about your health. We recognize that with the current COVID-19 pandemic attacking our community that many of us are vulnerable and feel that health care providers' offices are not a place to be unless you need to be there. Although we are not able to test for this virus in our offices, our primary care providers are now able to triage those of you who become ill and refer those meeting the Health Department Criteria for testing at appropriate testing venues by emailing you a referral form. We invite those of you with concerns about exposure or symptoms to call us with those concerns. We are able to set up time to discuss your concerns either with a telehealth visit using Face Time or Zoom or even telephonically.

For those of you whom we help to manage chronic illnesses like Diabetes Mellitus, Hypertension, Asthma, Emphysema, Congestive Heart Failure and Chronic Kidney Disease, the presence of the COVID-19 virus is not an excuse to ignore your underlying condition and will require us to work together creatively to help you access medications, appropriate foods, get access to exercise and to communicate on an ongoing basis regarding helping you to manage your chronic conditions. Our offices are staffed and our telephones are being answered. All of your Clinical Associates' Health Care Providers are available for you to see either in the office or via Telehealth visits with Zoom or FaceTime or telephonically. We intend to reach out to you but please know that if you are missing a regularly scheduled appointment, we can replace that with  technology for the time being.

Lastly, there are conditions and urgencies that are better seen in our office than in crowded urgent care centers and emergency rooms. We are diverting patients with respiratory symptoms away from our normal patient care areas, reducing the number of people who sit in our waiting area and scrupulously disinfecting, sanitizing our rooms and surfaces and we wash our hands religiously.

Please call us with your health care concerns. As we have been for the past 50 years, we are here when you need us.
